• SALES TRAINING: I spent years writing tickets and doing sales,so I know first hand what it takes to up sell a customer! I provide all the tools and tips necessary to ensure a confident and productive ticket writer.I will also work with the cashiers to provide them with the product knowledge and service knowledge to steady an uneasy or uncertain customer.Sales persons are also given a crash course in vehicle finish,types of wheels,how to spot preexisting damage,altered vehicles,etc.

• DUE DILIGENCE: This is the time set aside for the prospective buyer(now in escrow)to thoroughly examine all the books and records pertaining to the business that they wish to acquire.This is when you hire an accountant and should already have retained counsel.Books,records and Tax-returns CAN BE FORGED!!! If needed,l can quickly and accurately assist in sorting through any discrepancies that may be in the numbers;I KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND WHERE TO LOOK FOR IT!
  
  
• PURCHASE AGREEMENTS: Sometimes what might seem like a good deal is often designed to benefit the seller or property owner.There are usually clauses in the lease such as caps and property taxes that fall to the lessee and if addressed early enough,can sometimes be negotiated.If purchasing the property,it is highly advisable to know about the ground underneath especially
  if you are considering selling gas or putting in oil&lube.Ground decontamination can take months and can cost hundreds of thousands(sometimes more than the property itself is worth).Again,if addressed appropriately and early on,can be negotiated and I have successfully negotiated favorable outcomes for clients and can skillfully make you a winner at the bargaining table.
